Features
PUBLIC BOOKINGS
- New feature to add a Public Fees Notice to the Public Bookings calendar page. This function is extremely useful for communicating issues such as course renovations or playing conditions.
- New Social Sign in options for registration of public players via Apple, Google or Facebook login credentials.
- Ability to tag Concession and Junior green fees in the Public Bookings / Manage Fees section and add corresponding tag to booking cell in timesheet.

What’s New includes major revamp of mobile and club app bookings- MiClub Mobile – New booking screens making it easier to book and new View All Notes button
- Notes – Saved playing partners in Notes automatically transfer to Booking and Ballot in mobile for date of Note when selecting Book Group or Enter Ballot
- MiScore App – Score comparison Ver 2 when submitting scores, users cannot submit scores if not identical for both player/partner. New interface to show the holes and the scores with incorrect comparison

What’s New
- Update to Membership > Membership Categories interface
- MiStats Putts report to now default to Women’s sheet and also include Chip In’s
- Ballot option to Allow Others and Book only Preferred Time can be default enabled
- Ballot to transfer ownership of entry to booking after draw ie Member that entered a ballot group can remove those players after draw

New Build ver 1.13 – September/October Update
What’s New
Major New Release – Ballot the fairest allocation process of member tee times for contested timesheets is ready for demonstrations late September, in final testing.
Major Update – Fixture page new code base, page will not require reload when timesheets countdown to Zero or selecting filters
In Edit Booking > Edit Scorecard > MiScore App Submission Screen now shows both the scores recorded with the MiScore App for a player ie Player and Marker/Partner hole by hole scores. Any difference in the scores will be highlighted Preview Here
For clubs that have a Terms & Conditions check box that must be ticked on every login, now also applies to MiClub Mobile. Coming next month a 6+ month expiring token for Terms & Conditions acceptance
In MiScore App the courses available for Social Play will now appear in Course name alphabetical order ie GA Course(18 Holes), GA Course Holes 1 to 9(9 Holes 1 to 9), GA Course Holes 10 to 18(9 Holes 10 to 18). Currently showing in order of when course was created
In member profiles of member directory. GOLF Link numbers that no longer exist will display warning message – ie GL numbers transferred to another club

MiScore App can now recognise subscriptions when a user logs in with a different login option but has the same email address linked ie subscribed profile linked to Apple ID but since logged in with Facebook

New Build Ver 92 & MiScore App Updates – June/July ’21
Build Ver 92 released July 2021
All MiClub sites have been upgraded to the v92 build 18th July 2021 includes the following:
Timesheets:
- Functionality for Ballots – New feature coming August/September 2021 for members to add names to a ballot with time preference on future events. Member groups will then be randomly balloted to a timesheet based on time preference or balloted to wait list if oversubscribed
- Fix for member booking when removing a player in a group booking, the page will refresh and Book Group will appear
- When searching for playing partners in booking search now displays preferred not first name
- Northstar App user fix for countdown timer for lottery events
Member Login:
- Fix for Remember Me not always working
My Information:
- New My Calendar in My Information, select image to view in full size (Available when Ballots released)
MiScore App Updates:
- Fix for scorecard screen not tallying after pickup
- Score History showing incorrect round time
- Some Android devices not showing list of clubs
- New Feature – Restart App option in Settings Menu
- For temp courses that remove a hole out of the order ie 16th Out 19th In after 18th – Requirement to set the correct hole for those after the missing hole in Manage Groups – Tee Order. This issue only affects the app for Shotgun starts and when 1st and 10th are out of play
- For 27 hole courses that have 3 x 9 courses numbered 1 to 9 the app was starting on the wrong hole if starting from the 10th tee of the 18 hole course ie Dune to Lake would always start the app on Dune if starting from Lake

Prize Ledger for clubs using POS or Membership System for Member Prize Balances
- Redeem Visitor Prizes or View member prizes won in golf system if prizes are sent to a membership or pos system.
Warning when activated member prizes should not be redeemed in the prize ledger and are not a correct reflection of the member prize balance as redemptions are only stored in the POS system
Starter View now includes:
- Storage Locker Number
- Competition registration and tee selection
Eclectic now includes:
- WHS handicap calculation with new fields for Scratch and Par
- Set handicap to maximum ie 36 for men, 45 for ladies

September Release ver 55 & Upload Media Update
Moxie Manager no longer available to upload Media
Due to security concerns, MiClub will no longer be supporting the Moxie Manager (WordPress) website plugin. Previously this website tool was used to manage file uploads of PDF documents.
Please see the instructions on below article for step by step process of inserting media to a web page.
