The July Release is being progressively deployed over the next week. The release includes:

• The new Self Score Submission in the MiScore App and
• The option to enable or disable ticketing per event in the “Details & Openings” of timesheets and templates.

• There is no change to the current method of scoring with the MiScore app. The player and playing partner still mark each other’s scores. This is to help check that all scores by hole are correct at the conclusion of the round.
• With Self-score submission enabled, the MiScore app will only submit the score of the individual device user and not the playing partner.  This self-score process is similar to how a player would go to a scoring kiosk and scan their own scorecard or enter their own scores at the end of a round.
• The new MiScore self-scoring process is easier for groups with one player using the MiScore app and the playing partner using a paper scorecard. There is no need for the MiScore app user to have a paper scorecard to exchange with their playing partner to ensure their score is submitted in the competition. The playing player with the paper scorecard will mark themselves and the MiScore app user’s score. Both players will then sign-off at the end of the round.
• The playing partner’s score along with signatures will be sent to the “Edit Scorecard” screen for each player on the timesheet. This will cross-reference of player and partner scores

On re-opening of a course please allow 15 minutes or longer in between time sheet opening if allowing bookings to multiple timesheets.  The system can generally accommodate about 300 member logins which is about the number for a timesheet opening.  When opening all timesheets for the next week at same time there might be 600 members logged in

Zero Contact Tips and MiClub Software

• Only booked players can play, no walk-ins or casual arrivals
• Eliminate use of scorecards with the free trial of the MiScore App for both Competition and Social play – great for two balls.   No scanning, no kiosk touching, better outcome for golf staff. 
• Set-up auto registration of competitions by setting competitions to Register Individually = No then when competition is OPEN, all players on the timesheet will be registered to default tees.  If players want to play from alternate tee send shop staff a text or email. Any late bookings will automatically be registered in competition 
• Competitions can now be set to auto OPEN at 5am – Make contact with MiClub Help to enable 
• Eliminate collecting competition fees individually by sending members a bill at end of week/month – add a Competition Fee amount to the competition setup and then export participants per timesheet.  Ask MiClub Help for assistance in setting up.
• Turn-on Live Scoring for MiScore App so members can track their scores live on their devices through the leaderboards.  Will also assist club staff in knowing location of players during rounds 
• Add the club’s COVID-19 regulations to booking reminders so members are fully aware of protocols. Utility – Send an Email to players on a Timesheet
• Set up monthly booking limits in Fees > Booking Limits to ensure all members get an opportunity to play Timesheets – Booking Limits or
• Track player rounds in Reports > Member Booking Report by Category or Competition Participation Report
